American Modern served as the general contractor for this playground installation for the city of Flint, Michigan. This playground installation included excavation, grading, framing, concrete installation, and installation of two playground structures, monkey bars, slides multiple spring rockers and seesaws. The use of heavy equipment including an excavator and a skidsteer were safely used to help complete this playground installation project. The scope of work was coordinated with the architect, engineers, and local inspectors. As a licensed and insured commercial general contractor all work was completed in full compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and inspection requirements.
