American Modern served as the licensed and insured general contractor for a private daycare playground project. The scope of work included excavation, grading, and drainage solutions, followed by playground equipment installation, concrete installation, poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing, artificial turf surfacing, slides, and both canopy and permanent shade structures.

Heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, and front-end loaders were safely utilized to complete site preparation and installation efficiently. The project was coordinated closely with the architect, engineers, and local inspectors to ensure all work met applicable building codes, daycare licensing requirements, and playground safety standards.
