American Modern served as the general contractor and worked alongside Kessler Masonry Inc. for the exterior concrete renovation of Hale High School in Hale, Michigan. This commercial project included demolition and removal of existing concrete, excavation, grading, and installation of concrete sidewalks and walkways. The use of heavy equipment including excavators, skidsteers, and jackhammers were safely used to help complete this commercial construction project. The scope of work was coordinated with the architect, engineers, and local inspectors. As a licensed and insured commercial general contractor all work was completed in full compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and inspection requirements.
