American Modern served as a general contractor for this project located at Greene's Gas in Kawkawlin, MI, just north of Bay City. This commercial project included major excavation, grading, steel form work, framing, reinforced concrete installation, and placement of initial tie-ins for propane equipment attachment to the concrete foundations. The use of heavy equipment including excavators, skidsteers, skytraks, and lifts were safely used to help complete this commercial concrete foundation project. The scope of work was coordinated with the architect, engineers, and local inspectors. As a licensed and insured commercial general contractor all work was completed in full compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and inspection requirements.
