American Modern served as the licensed and insured general contractor for the renovation of a commercial coffee shop. The project included major exterior improvements such as full building repainting, masonry repairs, and window repairs to restore and modernize the building’s appearance.

Interior work involved a full build-out with new flooring, framing, finish carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical upgrades. The space was redesigned to support a modern, efficient coffee shop layout while meeting all applicable building codes and commercial occupancy requirements.
