American Modern served as a general contractor for the renovation of this 50,000 Sq Ft licensed facility. This was one of our first projects and still one of our favorite. This commercial project included excavation, grading, and several site improvements including a new water main to supply the buildings new fire suppression system. Inside we completed demolition, structural framing, new 3-phase electrical service and electrical fixtures, multiple new rooftop units for the HVAC system, new plumbing including water supply and waste water, the fire suppression system, fire alarms, and security systems. Finished construction included drywall, finished carpentry, painting and installation of all the interior and exterior doors as well as all grow equipment. The scope of work was coordinated with the owners, architect, engineers, and local inspectors. As a licensed and insured commercial general contractor all work was completed in full compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and inspection requirements.
